About Dr. Schwied's Practice
Dr. Schwied treats children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of disorders. His approach to therapy is eclectic, and he incorporates his own unique personality in his treatment. In addition to doing medication evaluations and medication monitoring, he enjoys the more traditional role of working with patients in weekly psychotherapy sessions.
Dr. Schwied's experience with psychiatric diagnoses extends (but is not limited to) the following:

About Dr. Schwied's family
Tanya, age 25, a recent graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, lives in Hollywood and is an executive assistant for a reality TV production company. Hayley, 22, graduated from The Orange County High School of the Arts (OCHSA) and is presently enrolled in the Laguna College of Art and Design where she is majoring in drawing and painting. She also dances in an elite competitive dance team performing hip hop and jazz routines. Emma, 17, is completing her senior year of high school. She is choosing a college and plans to teach mathematics after a two year stint in the Peace Corps.
